Excellent service from Daniel and Jose at Pep Boys El Cajon! They were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, took care of the brake and maintenance work, and made sure I understood what was needed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! The replacement work was done quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable compared with other places I checked. Jose and Emily explained the service clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs, and got the job done efficiently. They provided great customer service, and made sure my vehicle was safe before I left. Highly recommend them for reliable and honest brake service!

Terribly slow. They obviously dont care about the time of their customers. Waiting 2 hours for an oil change because the entire shop was eating cake and talking for an hour. Missed phone calls at the front desk, and other people waiting for their vehicles. I was told 40 minutes, and thought it was going quickly until my car sat in the car park for far longer than it was worked on. Absolutely the worst, and way too expensive for what I received.

I had an outstanding experience at Pep Boys! I brought my vehicle in for a tune-up, and the service was completed quickly and professionally. My vehicle is running great now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. A special thank you to the manager, Jose Del Hoyo, for ensuring everything went smoothly and providing excellent customer service. I also want to recognize Danny for keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making the experience stress-free. A big thank you as well to the mechanic, Hoa G., for the quality workmanship and attention to detail. The entire team was professional, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this Pep Boys location for anyone looking for honest, efficient, and reliable automotive service. Thank you all for a great experience!

I scheduled an appointment for my car to get the brakes done and I did it online and when I came into the store, they were so nice. They gave me the online price even though their system didn’t have it. The only disappointing thing was how long it took to get my Car back. Other than that, I think the people were really nice and accommodating. I would definitely bring my car back here again, but maybe have a drop off and pick up later situation.
